1. Hannah text messages

Hannah Pet Hospital (Hannah the Pet Society) sends text messages to Pet Parents and Members who have agreed to receive them. Messages come from Hannah Pet Hospital and may include:

• Customer care: replies to your questions and follow-up on requests you make, such as a quote or a free exam;
• Appointments: reminders and confirmations for your Pet’s visits;
• Account and Membership notices: updates about your Membership, your Pet’s plan, and your account, including payment reminders;
• Pet care reminders: for example, when vaccinations or a wellness exam are due;
• Promotional messages: occasional news and offers from Hannah, only if you agreed to receive them.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on one of our website forms and checking the text-message consent box. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying a plan or receiving care.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, and account activity.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any text from us at any time. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and that number will not text you again unless you opt back in. We send texts from more than one number, so replying STOP stops texts from the number you replied to. To stop all texts from Hannah, contact us and ask to be removed from all of our text messages.

7. Privacy
